Event Overview

This is more than just a 5K. Kick off your morning with a scenic race along the Lake Charles Lakefront, from the Event Center to North Beach and back, and finishing inside the Sudduth Coliseum. After the run, participants will be welcomed into an exciting post-run celebration featuring a live DJ, local vendors, giveaways, lifting competitions, high-energy movement classes, and everything health and fitness in between!

Parking is available at the Lake Charles Event Center.

Weather Policy

If lightning is present, the race may be delayed, the route altered or shortened, or the event cancelled. Fog conditions may result in a delayed start or modified route based on visibility. The Marshal’s Office and Lake Charles Event Center staff will make all final determinations regarding weather safety.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registrations are final. No refunds or transfers are permitted.

If dangerous conditions require cancellation, updates will be communicated via email and the Lake Charles Event Center social media channels.
