MLK Health is proud to present the 2 Annual Daisy Dash 5K race on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Proceeds from the race will benefit MLK Health in its mission to provide no-cost healthcare to uninsured adults struggling with chronic diseases. So put on your favorite daisy outfits and accessories and join us on April 4th!

Date & Starting Time: Saturday, April 4, 2026.

Fun Run 1/2 mile begins at 8 a.m.

5K begins at 8:15 a.m.

5K Registration: All ages can register for the 5K.

5K Registration - $25 thru March 13, 2026 (includes t-shirt)

5K Late Registration - $30 March 14, 2026 thru Race Day

Race Day Registration will begin at 7:15 a.m.

Sideline Supporter:

Can’t make it April 4th? You can still support MLK Health with a Sideline Registration of $25 (includes t-shirt) or $20 (no t-shirt).

Kids Fun Run Registration: Fun Run Registration - $20 thru March 13, 2026 (includes t-shirt) Fun Run Late Registration - $25 March 14, 2026 thru Race Day

Fun Run Certificates will be given to each participant that crosses the finish line!

Packet Pickup Dates & Locations:

Thursday, April 2nd at MLK Health, 865 Olive Street 71104 from 12:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.

Friday, April 3rd at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Race Day at the Race Site starting at 7:15 a.m.

Awards: Overall Male and Female finishers in the 5K will receive cash prizes.

Additionally, 1st Place Male and Female age group winners will receive a trophy.

Age Groups: 18 -under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
