From the organizer

This is the 5th Annual Great Gator 5k and Fun Run . We are raising money for Elm Grove Elementary.  We do this race to get our kids out in the community and give the community the opportunity to show their support.

REGISTER EARLY! No shirts are guaranteed to late registrants.

Gator 5K - a 3.1-mile run/walk plus a t-shirt.

Fun Run - a 1/2-mile run/ walk around the park plus a t-shirt.

Lazy Gator - Sleep-in morning of the race but come get a t-shirt during packet pick up!

Date & Starting Time:   Saturday, April 11, 2025.  The 5K run/walk will begin at 8:00am at the Walker Park on the Arthur Ray Teague Parkway.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pickup:  Run Wild 9462 Ellerbe Rd.

Thursday, April 9th  from 11 am- 6 pm Friday, April 10th from 10 am-5:30 pm. You may also pick up your packet on race day at the race site at 7:00am.

Special Note :  Leashed dogs are invited!! Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO inline skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course.  This rule is an RRCA regulation!
