Looks like it's time to lace up! Here are the quick details for the 5th Annual RJ VanDeMortel 5K:

When: Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Where: Perkins Park (311 Washington St, Newark,

Cost: $32.80 (includes fees) for both in-person and virtual options.

Perks: Register by May 30, 2026, to snag a free cotton t-shirt.

Cause: Proceeds support the RJ VanDeMortel Newark High School Scholarship Fund.

The event is untimed and family-friendly, so feel free to bring the kids and the dog!
