Be More Today, Inc. is a company that provides information AND inspiration to help ordinary people do extraordinary things in the world of health and fitness! The BMT Steps to Greatness Challenge takes principles of my books, Be More Today: A 40-Day Guide to a Better Version of You and Project MORE with 40 days of health and fitness tips. The Steps 2 Greatness Challenge is an overall steps challenge for participants of all ages for 40 days.

Starting Wednesday, April 1st, you will be encouraged to increase your physical momentum as we continue to BE MORE in 2026.  The goal is to stay "Always on the Move" and to see if you can reach 10,000 steps each day for 40 days. That's 400,000 equaling roughly 200 miles in 40 days.  All you will have to do is track your steps with your phone, a pedometer, or a smart watch.

The challenge begins on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. The cost is only $5!

Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall finishers.

This season, we will continue our team challenge where you can create your own team or join a team to help stay inspired during the 40-day challenge.
