Lace up your shoes and be part of a beloved annual tradition! The 5K Rhythm Run welcomes participants of all fitness levels, offering an accessible and fun way to get active and support community health.
We invite you to lace up your walking shoes or gear up for a run, and we encourage you to sign up as a team! Representing your organization at the Rhythm Run is a fantastic way to promote health and wellness while fostering team spirit. Together, with each stride we take, we can raise awareness about health disparities and create a healthier Kent County for everyone.
Included in your registration: Officially timed event, Run T-Shirt, finishing medal and Refreshments. (Must register by August 1st to guarantee a T-shirt)
New Age group awards this year! 5k Run Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female Award Medals will be given to top 3 in each age group 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39. 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up
5K Walk Award Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Overall
