location: The event takes place at Pringle Nature Center in Bristol Woods County Park (9800 160th Avenue, Bristol, WI 53104).
date/time: Participants should arrive on May 16th, 2026 no later than 9:45 AM (if they have pre-registered), or between 8:00 and 9:30 AM (if they have yet to register) in order to check in, pick up their race packet, and warm up. The 5k and 2-mile will both begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
routes: The 2026 event will include a 5k trail run and 2-mile fun run/hike through the trails of beautiful Bristol Woods during peak wildflower viewing time. The two courses overlap and follow hilly, dirt trails through the park.
extras: All participants receive snacks and refreshments after the race, optional race shirts (if registered by April 28th: performance athletic material t-shirts with the event logo in men's, women's, and youth sizes), and themed giveaways. The first overall male and female finishers, as well as the first male and female finishers of each age group will be announced immediately following the race.
registration: Pre-register online until 11:59 PM on May 13th, or register on-site on May 16th between 8:00-9:30 AM.
fees: Pre-registration (until May 13th at 11:59 PM) is $20 for youth (under 18), $25 for adults, with an optional fee of $10 for a race t-shirt for those registered by April 29th. On-site (May 16th) registration is $30 for youth (under 18), $35 for adults. 100% of entry fees benefit environmental education programming at Pringle Nature Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This event is a fundraiser for PNC; refunds will not be offered.
