International Vyshyvanka Day is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of May and unites Ukrainians around the world. This global celebration honors Ukrainian culture, traditions, and the symbolic embroidered shirt — the Vyshyvanka.

For Ukrainians, the Vyshyvanka is not just clothing — it is a National garment that represents identity, heritage, unity, and pride. On this day, Ukrainians across the globe wear embroidered shirts and take part in cultural initiatives to preserve and promote their traditions.

Our mission is to celebrate International Vyshyvanka Day in the United States through community sports events that bring people together, promoting health, fitness, and Ukrainian culture.
