Now in our 28th year, we invite you to run or walk at Duke Island Park for our youth's future on April 18th, 2026.

We literally have something for everyone! Our sanctioned 5K is for everyone from the competitive runner to the joyful walker. USATF-NJ members can earn 500 points in the 2025 Grand Prix competition. For those not up for the full 3.1 miles, register for our 2 Mile Walk. Busy that day? We've got a virtual event.

Keeping the kids sprints! While a 5K brings excitement to the day, kids sprinting brings pure joy. Children aged 2 to 7 are grouped with those who are the same age and tasked with sprinting to the finish line. It's the real experience with bib and finisher medal. Registration is $10.
