Vernon Mothers Day Dash 5K with Mother-Son and Mother-Daughter Team Competition
*** Mother Son and Mother Daughter teams (Both parent and child must register) must register before May 8. 2026 ****
USATF Certified Course
Every participant registered by April 6th receives a T-shirt.
The first 100 registered participants will receive a specialty designed race bib.

Divisions: Overall Male and Female,
Age Divisions: 0-14,15-18,19-29,30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
Mother-Son Category, Mother-Daughter Category (Teams must register before May 8, 2026)

Both Mother and Son or Daughter must register
Each Person ( both mother and child) must enter in order to compete as a team
