Real conversations for women runners in every season of life.
AURA and Fleet Feet Little Rock are partnering to present Unfiltered Miles, a 5-part women’s series focused on the phases women go through in life and how those changes affect running, health, confidence, and community.
This series is designed to create space for the conversations women runners often do not have openly enough — from stroller running and pelvic floor issues to nutrition, safety, hormonal changes, and more.
Each session will feature practical guidance, community discussion, and a chance to connect with other women runners in a welcoming environment.
FULL EVENT DESCRIPTION
Women’s bodies change through different seasons of life — and those changes can affect how we run, recover, fuel, train, and feel. Too often, these topics are brushed aside or not talked about at all.
Unfiltered Miles is a 5-month series created to bring women runners together for honest conversations, practical education, and community support.
Presented in partnership by Fleet Feet Little Rock and Arkasnas Ultra Running Association (AURA) this series will cover topics that matter to women runners, including:
running with a stroller and motherhood
women’s safety and self-defense awareness
pelvic floor health
nutrition and hormonal shifts
perimenopause and menopause
bra fitting, menstrual concerns, and stress management
Whether you are brand new to running, returning after a life change, balancing motherhood, navigating hormonal changes, or simply wanting to learn more, this series is for you.
Come learn, ask questions, share stories, and connect with other women who get it.
