Trinona Kids

Trinona
Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.
In addition to the Olympic and Sprint triathlons, we offer two Olympic and Sprint Aquabike events and a Duathlon.

Age Restrictions
- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Olympic Triathlon and Olympic Aquabike Distances.
- Participants must reach the age of 13 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike Sprint Distances.
NO DOGS ALLOWED AT TRINONA
Winona City Ordinance 36.03 prohibits dogs on the east half of Lake Park. Since this is where Trinona takes place, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
