Join Tri Chix for a hands-on clinic to improve your triathlon transitions — the most overlooked (and easiest!) place to gain time on race day.
You’ll Practice:
• Smart, efficient transition setup
• Walk through visualization on race-day
• Fast wetsuit removal (if you are using one)
• Top-down bottom-up approach to speedy transitions
• Running with your bike
• Mount and dismount skills
You’ll Learn:
• Transition Rules - Secure helmet before unracking bike, Mount after mount line, Dismount before dismount line
• Time-Saving Transition Tips
Practice transitions with real-time coaching to improve efficiency and confidence.
All ability levels welcome. Beginner-friendly with progression options for experienced racers.

• Bike in safe working condition
• Helmet (required)
• Bike shoes and running shoes
• Wetsuit (optional but encouraged if you race in one)
• Race belt, sunglasses, and typical race gear
• Water bottle
