Making Tracks for South 5K

The 9th Annual Making Tracks for South 5K Run and 2K  Fitness Walk in West Amwell, NJ will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 to raise funds and support for the South Hunterdon Regional High School and Middle School Track and Cross Country Programs. South Hunterdon Regional High School's track construction was completed in the spring of 2020. However, due to the pandemic, the team was unable to utilize the track until the Spring of 2021. South Track and Field will be entering its 14th season in 2026 and is the most participated sport in our athletics program.  Since our first season in 2012, we have sent several individuals and relay teams to the state finals and 7 individuals to the meet of champions.  The XC teams have been similarly successful! Race funds will be used to purchase much-needed track and field equipment and to support the teams in their pursuit of excellence!

Making Tracks for South 5K runs through the scenic hills of West Amwell, starting at South Hunterdon Regional High School. This early-spring race will be run rain or shine! Each pre-registered participant by Sunday, April 26th, will receive a t-shirt . There will be a limited number of t-shirts available for late and race-day registrants.
