From the organizer
Calling all future, current and past Grand Oaks Grizzlies, family and friends and community members. Join us in a friendly competition to see which GOHS feeder school has the most Grizzly pride while we take on a 1k, 2M or 5K course throughout the campus of GOHS.
The Race to Grand Oaks serves as a means to embrace healthy competition between all of the feeder schools while promoting our Grizzly Pride! Proceeds from this event will be shared between the GOHS and York Girls' Cross Country / Track teams. In addition, every registered participant will be eligible to cast their vote for their school of choice within the GOHS feeder zone. The top 3 schools with the most votes will earn a monetary donation back to their school’s PE department.
Want to add more votes for your school?! A $5.00 donation to The Youth Alliance (501c3) will earn you one (1) extra vote for your school. Donate as much as you would like to help boost your school to the top! The Youth Alliance is a local non-profit that “works with schools to support students with food insecurities, provide supplies and opportunities.”
