Transfer Policy

Participants may transfer from one race distance to another at any time, provided the desired event is not sold out.

All transfers are subject to a $15 transfer fee (plus a small processing fee), regardless of whether you are upgrading or downgrading. Upgrading to a longer or higher-priced distance: You will be responsible for the $15 transfer fee plus the difference between what you originally paid and the current registration price. Downgrading to a shorter or lower-priced distance: The $15 transfer fee still applies, but no refunds will be issued for the price difference.
