The Big Run Presented by Brooks

Celebrate what makes running fun — high-fives, adrenaline and good friends. Come hang with Fleet Feet on Global Running Day, run a breezy 3.1 miles and make The Big Run an epic party. Sign up now (endorphins included)!

Race Information

We will meet up on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:30pm at The Mill on UNL's Innovation Campus, near the Devaney Center. We will take off together on a 5K run/walk at 6:30pm, and the night will wrap up with post-run refreshments and snacks at The Mill. This event is completely free and open to those of all ages, paces, and fitness levels.

Come hang with Fleet Feet and Brooks, run a breezy 3.1 miles, and make Global Running Day an epic party!

Registration Options

This year, you have two choices for registration.

The Big Run 5K: This option is free and includes entry into the 5K, a race bib, and access to the post-run celebration at The Mill.
The Big Run 5K with Finisher Medal: This option includes all of the above, plus a 2026 Big Run finisher medal. This division costs $10 per registrant.
