Syrup Stampede

Run or Walk. Eat Pancakes. Feel Good. The Syrup Stampede is an annual fundraiser and community celebration benefiting Empty Arms Bereavement Support. Join us for a professionally timed 5K run or a 2K fun run/walk—then stay for a joyful community gathering and a pancake breakfast to celebrate together. Participants are encouraged to create a fundraising page or team to raise awareness and support for Empty Arms’ work. Thanks to the generosity of individual donors, team fundraisers, and business sponsors, the Stampede raises nearly 50% of the annual budget needed to serve bereaved families across Massachusetts, all year long.

About Empty Arms Empty Arms Bereavement Support serves individuals and families throughout Massachusetts whose babies have died through miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death, or termination for medical reasons. By cultivating personal connections, building a compassionate community, and fostering professional collaborations, Empty Arms offers grieving parents meaningful resources and validation as they navigate the days, weeks, and lifetime without their baby.
