Join us for a day of heroic fun as we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement for a cause. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a super-powered stroll, this event is for you!

DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE
8:00 am - On Site Registration & Packet Pick-up Opens
9:00 am - 5K Run/Walk Begins
Little Heros: These kids races offer shorter distances for our Little Heros
- 9:45 A.M: Diaper Dash - 50 yards (3 and under)
- 9:50 A.M: Tot Trot - 100 yards (4 to 5 years old)

T-SHIRTS
Shirts are guaranteed for all participants pre-registered by May 8, 2026 Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after this date
