Summer 2026 Adult Speed Training - Cary

Summer 2026 Adult Speed Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

 

The class is 12 weeks long and is  geared toward helping adults train to run faster at shorter distances (i.e. 5K/10K or shorter).  All levels and paces are welcome!

 

Cost of the class is: $80 if you register by 5/3.  Price increases to: $85 if you register 5/4-5/24.  Deadline to register is: 5/24.  No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering.

 

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us.  We have a donation program that can help out.

 

Cost includes: 12-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, strength training plan, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% discount on merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

Program dates: May 10, 2026 - August 1, 2026.  Group training will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM-6:30AM, and there are group long runs with all summer adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM.  The class will meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Koka Booth small parking lot (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518).   Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
