Description: Join us on Saturday, April 11th, 2026 as Pleasant Valley Cross Country host its 1st Annual Spring Fling 5K Run/Walk. Our race will take place at the beautiful campus of JAX State University. The race will be chip timed and results will be posted after the race. Preregistration price is $25 dollars and will last until March 22nd. After that, price will increase to $30 dollars.

Registration from 8:00-8:45

Race will start at 9:00

Race Award Categories.

-top 3 overall male & Females will receive an award

-Race divisions-top 3 receive a medal in each division

-0-13 age group - top 3 overall

-14-18 age group (male & female)

-19-29 age group (male & female)

-30-39 age group (male & female)

-40-49 age group (male & female)

-50+ Age Group (male & female)

Everyone who finishes will receive a goodie

Proceeds and Donations from this annual race will benefit Pleasant Valley's Cross Country teams and will help to build our running programs as well as help us with our yearly operating cost.

Race Day Information:

Registration and shirt pickup will begin @8:00 and will last until 8:45. We will have tents set up on the grassy area behind the north end of the stadium. (Gamecock Field).You may park in the parking lot behind Kennamer Hall or the North side of the Red Lot (areas outlined in red and yellow). We will Traveling Toms Coffee and Kona Ice set up before and after the race for your refreshment needs.
