Celebrating 54 years of friendly competition in the South Sound.  Whether it's our signature 12k route with challenging hills, spectacular water views, the occasional forest critter and trees that touch the sky - or our fast 5k route, be assured that you are a part of something bigger than yourself.  YOU are the fabric of Tacoma and the South Sound.  YOU are our community. YOU are carriers of tradition.

And for our younger athletes, we happily offer the Sound to Narrows 2k race or the ever-competitive 20-yard Diaper Dash for the wee ones.
