What’s the Serenata Shuffle?

The  Serenata Shuffle is a fun, music-filled race along Boise’s Greenbelt. Choose between a timed 5K or a 1-Mile Fun Run, perfect for runners, walkers, and families.

Starting and finishing at Veterans Memorial Park , the course features live performances from Serenata Orchestra musicians along the way.

All registered participants receive a free event t-shirt and commemorative medallion. And don’t forget to keep your eyes on the prize—chase the Maestro along the course for a chance to win exclusive raffle prizes!

Early Bird pricing runs through January 11 , with a final price increase on March 28.

Packet pick-up will be on April 9th at Fleet Feet Nampa and April 10th at Fleet Feet Meridian.

Who is Serenata Orchestra?

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community orchestra with a mission to enrich the lives of our members and audiences while inspiring a lifelong passion for music. We proudly offer four engaging, lively, and family-friendly concerts each year—completely free of charge—to the citizens of the Treasure Valley.

While our concerts are free to attend, producing them comes with significant costs. Expenses such as rehearsal space, concert venues, music acquisition, and other essentials add up throughout the year. To support these efforts, in 2025, we introduced our annual fundraiser, the Serenata Shuffle, which is a 5-kilometer and 1-mile run/walk event.
