Where did Run Your Heart Across De Pere come from??

Run Your Heart Across De Pere was created in 2020 as a way for De Pere elementary students to connect in a fun, healthy and purposeful way during virtual learning. Students trained virtually and shared their race day photos and accomplishments with each other while raising funds for Hands Across De Pere, a local non-profit assisting students and families in our community. The success of this inaugural year led the RYHADP team to continue the tradition, bringing the race and training groups back to in-person. The student participant group has now expanded to include ALL public AND private De Pere and West De Pere School District K-6 students and their families.

Participants: De Pere & West De Pere public/parochial K-6th graders & their Running Buddies

Running Buddy Requirements:

Running buddies can be friends, family, older siblings, or anyone who wants to join a student to run! K-2nd grade students MUST sign up with either an older sibling (14+) or adult running buddy for race day. Due to our course being on school property, every Running Buddies MUST register to run and complete a liability waiver. 3rd - 6th grade students can run solo. Have as many Running Buddies as you'd like! The more the merrier!

Cost: $40

Registration includes race entry, bib & timing chip, custom race t-shirt, finisher medal, & after race refreshments!

Registration End Date: 4/30/2026

NOTE: Late and day of registrations expected, however, all race amenities (shirts and finisher medals) CANNOT be guaranteed.
