Join us for the 2nd Annual Run Now, Wine Later 5K Run/Walk! Start your day with a scenic, timed race through the charming streets of Montrose, then celebrate your accomplishment with a glass of wine at our Wine Walk Festival. All funds from the Wine Walk Festival and 5K benefit the United Way of Susquehanna County.

All runners who pre-register by April 23rd, 2026 at 11:59pm will receive an event shirt.

Stay for the Wine Walk Festival! Bundle your 5K race registration with your festival ticket and indulge in the best of the Wine Walk Festival:

  • Explore local wineries and businesses while sampling delicious wines.
  • Enjoy live music and a variety of food options.
  • VIP Admission: Early access from 11:30AM to 1:00PM, plus a wine tumbler.
  • General Admission: Entry begins at 1:00PM, includes a tasting glass.
  • Additional wine walk festival tickets can be purchased in advance at http://montrosewinewalk.com.
  • A valid ID is required for ‘over 21’ wristbands and tasting glasses.

    • Early Bird (Before April 23rd at 11:59pm) (includes event shirt): $35
    • Standard (April 24th to May 13th) (no race swag): $35
    • Race Day (cash only, no race swag): $40
  • 5K + General Admission Festival Access (21+ Only):
    • Early Bird (Before April 23rd at 11:59pm) (includes event shirt): $55
    • Standard (April 24th to May 13th at 11:59pm) (no race swag): $55
    • Race Day (cash only, no race swag): $70
  • 5K + VIP Festival Access (21+ Only):
    • Early Bird (Before April 23rd at 11:59pm) (includes event shirt): $65
    • Standard (April 24th to May 13th at 11:59pm) (no race swag): $65
    • Race Day (cash only, no race swag): $80

5K Awards: 

  • Medals for the top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age group: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
  • Prizes for the top 3 overall Male and Female finishers.

Packet Pick-up:
Pre-registered packet pickup will be at the United Way office at 67 Public Ave., Montrose, PA:

  • May 14th: 9:00am-3:00pm at the United Way office (67 Public Ave., Montrose)
  • May 15th: 9:00am-3:00pm at the United Way office (67 Public Ave., Montrose)
  • May 16th (Race Day): 7:30-8:45am at the starting line
