Welcome to Rhythm on the River 5k Run/Walk and 1mi Fun Run!

Anderson County and Connect Powdersville are gearing up for another #ROTRPVL event—and it’s coming this May! Rhythm on the River offers neighbors, friends, and families a free day of live music, food trucks, kids’ activities, local craft vendors, and more. Come enjoy a day of outdoor family fun at beautiful Dolly Cooper Park starting with the Rhythm on the River 5k Run/Walk and 1 mile Walk/Fun Run!

It’s all about community, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Distance Options:

5k: Complete three laps of the trail circumnavigating Dolly Cooper Park. Run along the shore of the Saluda River, through the disc golf course, and back to the festival location!

1 mile: Complete one lap of the loop around Dolly Cooper Park. You get a feel for all the park has to offer, especially the beautiful Saluda River, before celebrating with us for Rhythm on the River. Great option for young people and the young at heart!

Course Highlights:

Course map coming soon! Approximately 1.1 mile loop. Primarily a flat cruise with one hill! Beginner friendly. The trail course gives you a full appreciation of Dolly Cooper Park, from the sports fields to the river. The course is primarily packed dirt and maintained trail.

Festival begins immediately after the race! Join us for live music, local food trucks, craft vendors, and a free kids zone. Spend your Saturday with us along the river!
