Race Start Time: 9:00 a.m.

Race Day Registration & Check-In : 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - Register Early to get a T-Shirt and save $5, fee increases on race day ($25 pre-registered, $30 race day)!

Race proceeds will go to support Family Crisis Council of Rowan, Inc. April is Sexual Assault Awareness month. One in 5 women and One in 13 men experience sexual violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime. The Family Crisis Council of Rowan exists to foster a community that is free of such interpersonal violence. Through direct service and education, our goal is not only to minimize, but to prevent the impact of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in and around Rowan County.

Run, walk, or stroll with us to provide essential resources for survivors in our community!

Since 1978, Family Crisis Council of Rowan has provided services such as emergency shelter, hospital accompaniment, court advocacy, case management and counseling to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, incest, and human trafficking in Rowan County.

Awards: Top Three Overall—Male and Female in 5K (Overall winners not eligible for Age Group Awards & Awards will not be mailed) Top Three in Each Age Group—Male and Female in 5K Participation medals to all ages 12 & under for Fun Run Age Groups: 11 & Under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

T-Shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered participants. Walkers are eligible for age group awards!

Timing and scoring of the event will be provided by Salisbury Rowan Runners .
