This year’s 5K takes participants on a scenic journey through Manchester, highlighting the parks, trails, riverside stretches, and quiet neighborhood streets that make our community special. The route offers peaceful views, gentle curves, and a refreshing outdoor atmosphere perfect for runners and walkers alike.

Starting and ending at The Watershed located at 252 North River Street, Manchester, parking is convenient for runners and spectators alike!

Please register by May 27th, 2026 to guarantee a t-shirt.
