COURSE IS PAVED, FLAT AND FAST!

Registration: 8:00 am

10K race:   9:00 am

5K race: 9:00 am

Walkers go out immediately after the races begin.

Why walk 45 minutes?  That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks one way to school each day!

What to Expect:

Tons of food featuring Kenyan treats Plenty of water Kenyan Pop Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge 10k and 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix 45 Minute (5k) Fun Walk Register by April 1 for a guaranteed a t-shirt. The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated. Other Ways to Help: Be an Enthusiastic Fundraise r - your families and friends can support you and Kiwimbi with their contributions
