What's it all about? More than ever, the world needs the togetherness and kindness that Sam inspired in us all. Let’s celebrate Sam's spirit of unity, community, and connection—one stride at a time. Whether you’re a dedicated runner, a casual walker, or just want to cheer from the sidelines, there is something for everyone. Choose from a 5K, a 1-mile walk/run, or a Kids Fun Run, and enjoy a day filled with food trucks, a bounce house, and a memorable Sam-inspired service project. It’s all about coming together—however you wish to participate.
Not in Ann Arbor? Not a problem. Not only do we have a virtual option, but new this year we are holding meetups in cities across the United States and abroad so you can connect with community wherever you are.
Ready to join us? Register by April 10 to save $5, and by May 10 to receive a free t-shirt! Cost should not prohibit anyone from attending. Please use coupon code INSTEP2026 at checkout for free registration if needed.
