Join us for the Girls on the Run Mid-Michigan Spring 5K!

Celebrate empowerment, confidence, and community at our Spring 5K! Whether you run, walk, or cheer, this event is for everyone. Join hundreds of girls, families, and supporters as we cross the finish line together and celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our participants.

Open to the public—come be part of this inspiring, feel-good event and help us create a day full of joy, energy, and unforgettable memories!

Start Time: 11:00 am on Sunday May 17, 2026. 

Giveaways: Finisher medals & T-shirt available to all participants.  

Register by May 1 to guarantee your shirt size.  If you DO NOT want a shirt, please select "Opt Out" or No Shirt from the drop down menu when registering.

 

Packet Pick-up Options:

Friday May 5/15 Complete Runner, 3170 S Linden Rd, Flint from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM

Saturday May 5/16 at Playmakers, 2299 W. Grand River Ave, Okemos  from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM

RACE DAY Sunday May 5/17 at MSU, Conrad Hall, 943 Conrad Rd, East Lansing from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM

 

Results: Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group place will be live on this site. Timing done by Michigan Running Foundation. Age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

No-shows to the race will forfeit their shirt and finisher medal.

Parking: parking on MSU campus is free on Sundays. Recommended lots/ramps are Parking Ramp 3 or lots 112, 113 or 33. See PDF below with map of lots.
