This 9 week program will bring you from walking to running, and then from running to completing a 5K. It will consist of 3 workouts per week with an in-person coaching session on Wednesday nights.
The program is managed by long-time Gate City Striders, Phil Petschek and Isaac Horn, and expertly instructed by other Striders staff and volunteers.
