Firecracker Four

Start your 4th of July with a bang by running the 48th edition of the Firecracker Four! A tradition for many to start the holiday with a 4 mile run OR a 1.4 mile walk through the neighborhoods of Hales Corners. Come join over 1200 of your family, friends, and neighbors for the post race celebration. We will have cookies, chocolate milk, and other refreshments. The Firecracker Four is just one of many events featured by the Hales Corners Fourth of July Committee. Come for the race and stay all day to enjoy the festivities!

Pre Race Registration: until midnight on Thursday, July 3, 2026 @ 8:00 AM

• 4 mile: $35
• 4 miles kids under 12: $15
• 1.4 mile untimed fun run: $25
• 1.4 mile untimed fun run kids under 12: $15

Race Day: $40 for everyone! Registration available at Hales Corners Park (race shirt not guaranteed)

All registration is online. To simplify your pickup, please complete registration prior to arriving on site.

July 3rd - Hales Corners Pool House:  Noon - 3:00 PM

Awards:
4 mile: Trophies for overall male and female. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in each age group M/F:
9 and under, 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 and over.
