The 12th Annual Father Jerry 5K will take place on Saturday, August 15th at Musgrove Park. The 5K race start is 8 AM and the Fun Run will follow. Over the years, the FJ5K has become one of the largest 5K races in Southeastern Illinois with 200-300 participants each year. Our goal is to fill Musgrove Park with runners, walkers, and first time fun runners once again.
Registered participants will receive: - A one-of-a-kind 2025 FJ5K t-shirt - A race bib with chip timing (for 5K runners) - Post race awards for overall and age group - Finisher's medal (for Fun Run participants) - Post race snacks and drinks
* The guaranteed t-shirt cutoff date is July 26th at 11:59 PM. Please be registered by this date to guarantee you will receive a race shirt!
* The first 125 Richland County youth registrants are FREE!
