PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DRESS IN FESTIVE ATTIRE, BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED. THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL AWARD FOR THE MOST FESTIVE PARTICIPANT AS WELL AS A FUN AND FESTIVE SWAG BAG!
