The annual running of the Erin's Purpose 5k. Erin’s Purpose was founded in June 2018 by Terri Neighbors after her daughter, Erin, took her life at the age of 13. In August 2020, a house was purchased in Bloomfield where the following services are offered: - Christian Counseling - Teen bible studies - A place for teen gatherings or small groups to meet - Public speaking in schools and other organizations about mental health and suicide prevention.
Awards will be given out for female and male age groups of all ages. Competitive walk awards will be given to overall male and female winner. All participants of the kids race will receive an award. There will also be giveaways at the event.
