The EmpowerHer 5K/2K welcomes everyone, women, men, families, and teams. Come run, walk, or volunteer in support of women in our community.

Bring your friends, relatives, or coworkers and show your support together. Every step and every helping hand empowers women in our community.

Participants will receive a soft blend short sleeve shirt and celebration finish line!


Proceeds from this race will support initiatives of Crossroads UMC that help women both locally and across the globe. Such programs include building homes for single mothers in Guatemala, leading small groups for women at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, educating teens in Uganda, working with women at the local homeless shelter, and more.
