Lace Up for a Great Cause Together with locally owned and operated Up and Running, our annual 5K is a family-friendly run/walk aimed at bringing neighbors together! Proceeds benefit the fight against hunger and will be distributed to The Foodbank. We also are grateful for the generous vendor donations that'll be loaded directly on The Foodbank truck race morning. All 5K participants will receive a Killer Brownie® treat at the finish line!

EARLY BIRD RATE

Register by May 8, to be guaranteed a race T-shirt and to access the early bird rate—$20 for adults / $10 for kids 12 & under.

Price increases to $25 / $15 starting May 9.

The race starts at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in the DLM Washington Square parking lot, 6177 Far Hills Avenue, Dayton, Ohio. Race day packet pickup will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 17. Or, pre-race packet pickup will be at Up and Running, 6123 Far Hills Avenue, on Saturday, May 16, 2026, 2-4 p.m. After the race, we’ll announce prizes in various age group categories, including youth and senior age groups, so stick around!
