Join us for our 11th Annual Dawn's 5k Dash on 5/17/26!! Run it, walk it, bring the family! (or participate VIRTUALLY)! ALL ARE WELCOME as this is a day to celebrate life and to support each other. Please join Dawn Hill Fight Foundation, Inc. to help patients and families fight Pancreatic Cancer! Please register BEFORE 4/20/2026 to be guaranteed a race t-shirt!

In August 2015, Dawn Hill was living her life, a life she loved so dearly...one she always spoke of as perfect. She had just run a 10K trail run, hiked the Sugarloaf Mountains, kayaked the Gunpowder River and taken a cruise to Bermuda & Bahamas to enjoy the blue waters. On that cruise, she began to have excruciating stomach pains and upon returning home, was quickly diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer (that had metastasized to her liver and stomach). Dawn underwent over a year of intense clinical trial treatments at Hopkins but sadly, she passed away on 12/20/2016, after her warrior-heart fought the 16-month battle. Dawn brought HOPE and INSPIRATION to many of her friends & family and even strangers who followed her story on Facebook through shared posts.

Dawn Hill Fight Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on the financial needs of Pancreatic Cancer patients. The Foundation was created in honor of Dawn Hill, a true WARRIOR!

• $40 +online registration fee (4/1/2026 - 5/10/2026) NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th - or sooner, if we sell out again!
• $40 on Race Day (NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th) - or sooner, if we sell out again! 

Children (5-12 years): 

• $15 +online registration fee (2/1/2026 - 3/31/2026)
• $20 +online registration fee (4/1/2026 - 5/10/2026) NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th - or sooner, if we sell out again! 
• $20 on Race Day (NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th) - or sooner, if we sell out again! 

Children (under 4 yrs):

• $10 +online registration fee (2/1/2026 - 3/31/2026) 
• $15 +online registration fee (4/1/2026 - 5/10/2026) NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th - or sooner, if we sell out again! 
• $15 on Race Day (NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th) - or sooner, if we sell out again! 

Infants in strollers are welcome! Register as a child runner under 4 to get a race shirt! NO shirts or medals guaranteed after April 20th - or sooner, if we sell out again!

Well behaved pets on leashes are welcome as well!

VIRTUAL OPTION: If you cannot join us for this race, but would like to participate by running or walking your own 5k in your neighborhood during a date and time of your choice, you may now do so! You will receive an official race T-shirt for your participation. (**shipping fees WILL apply**)

"In Memory/Honor of..." - If you'd like to add a loved one's name to the official race T-shirt that every registered participant receives, you may do so by making a $50.00 donation via Run Signup IMPORTANT:: In the comment section,  please add YOUR name, YOUR email, YOUR phone number,  and the NAME OF THE LOVED ONE you'd like added; please double check spelling as it will be copied and pasted 'as listed.' This In 'Memory/Honor of' $50.00 donation does NOT include the race registration fee (virtual or in-person) and you do not have to participate in the race to add a loved ones name. Submissions must be received by April 1, 2026. Only one submission required to be included on the shirt.
