This one’s for the girls 💜
The Chocolate & Diamonds 5K for Ladies will take place in Russellville, Arkansas on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
This event serves as the graduation celebration for our Runnersville Ladies Training Camp, but registration is open to all females of all fitness levels.
For many participants, this will be their very first 5K—and that’s what makes it so special.
Whether you walk, run, or do a little of both, you’ll be surrounded by encouragement every step of the way.
✨ What to Expect Your race day experience includes:
• Fun music and a high-energy atmosphere • Chipped race timing • Race shirt • Supportive coaches along the course • Water stations • Finisher medal • Chocolate treats waiting for you at the finish line

🏅 Awards & Divisions We offer awards for both walkers and runners in:
• Runnersville Division (training camp participants) • Open Division
👉 If you register as a walker, you must walk the entire race 👉 If you register as a runner, you may run or walk
👶 Strollers & Course Guidelines This is a stroller-friendly race. If you will be pushing a child in a stroller, please line up on the right side of the starting chute and remain to the right until the course opens up.
For safety, the following are not allowed on the course:
• Unauthorized participants • Bicycles (except official support) • Skates, scooters, boards, etc. • Pets
📋 Registration & Shirts We encourage early registration to help ensure your preferred shirt size.
Paper registration forms will be available at Runnersville training sessions, or you may request one by emailing runnersvilleladies@gmail.com.
After the final shirt order is placed, extras will be limited and distributed based on availability.
Spots are limited, and registration may close once capacity is reached.
📍 Course & Parking The race will begin and end near West E Street and North Glenwood Avenue in Russellville.
Parking information and additional race day details will be shared closer to the event.
🗂️ Packet Pickup Dates and times will be announced soon.
Race-day pickup will be available for those traveling from outside the area.
🗺️ Virtual Option A virtual option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
