Chesterfield PAL is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the goal of creating positive interactions between the police officers and the youth of Chesterfield County. Place: Richmond Executive-Chesterfield County Airport Time : Race day registration and packet pickup is from 6:30a.m – 7:30a.m., race starts at 8:00 a.m. at the Richmond Executive-Chesterfield County Airport.
