Capstone Cares 5K is a certified, easy-to-navigate race through beautiful Cummings Research Park. The course begins and ends at Capstone Research Corporation 's headquarters, creating a fun and welcoming hub for participants and spectators alike. After crossing the finish line, stick around to enjoy food trucks, activities, and fun.
All proceeds from the race benefit WarriorWOD , a national nonprofit dedicated to healing the physical and invisible wounds of war for Veterans through a research-backed, results-driven recovery program focused on exercise, nutrition, and mentorship.
Additionally, we will have photos of Veteran Heroes lost to suicide from 22 Too Many that runners can wear in their honor.
