Parking is available in nearby lots, but please do not park in the tennis court lot—that’s where we meet and warm up!

Final Celebration: Thursday, May 14 👉 Graduation 5K + Cookout! 📌 Behind the Cabot Administration Office near the tennis courts Address : 602 N Lincoln St, Cabot 🏃‍♀️ Choose Your Training Group No matter your starting point, we’ve got a place for you:

Walker A – Build up to walking a full 5K (3.1 miles) at a comfortable pace Walker B – Increase your pace and endurance with longer, faster intervals (up to 40 minutes) Beginner Runner A – Brand new to running? Start with short run intervals (15 sec run / 3 min walk) and build toward a 5K Beginner Runner B – Running a little already? Begin with 45 sec run / 2 min walk and work toward completing a 5K Intermediate Runner – Run longer with fewer breaks; build consistency up to 3.1 miles Advanced Runner – Already running 30 minutes nonstop? Improve endurance, speed, and overall performance with structured workouts 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Youth Participation Ages 10–14: Must be accompanied by a parent (same group, stay together) Ages 15–17: May be in a separate group, but a parent must remain onsite at clinic 🚫 A Few Quick Guidelines To keep everyone safe and to comply with RRCA guidelines: -No strollers, wagons, skates, or wheels of any kind -No dogs allowed This is more than just a training program—it’s a chance to build confidence, meet great people, and accomplish something you didn’t think you could do.

Cost & Donations The clinic is FREE! Donations are appreciated to help cover graduation 5K costs (medals and food).
