Be Free 5K Run/Walk & Kids 1K Fun Run – 2026 Join us for the Be Free 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Fun Run at Mulberry Rock Park in Dallas, GA! Hosted by Be Free Fitness, a boutique studio dedicated to helping women rediscover self-love through fitness, nutrition, and a strong sense of community, this event is a celebration of movement, empowerment, and connection for all ages.

The Be Free Foundation exists to: • Provide access to fitness and wellness resources for women facing hardship or life transitions • Support women navigating grief, health challenges, and personal transformation • Create spaces of hope, healing, and belonging through movement and connection
