Sprint race - Created for the "newbie" first time racer interested in a true Swim - Bike - Run race. Swim is in the Bay where the water is calm

RACE SITE: 5400 E Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803

EVENTS: Long Course 70.4, Sprint Triathlon

LONG COURSE 70.4 TRIATHLON

START: 7AM

DISTANCE: SWIM 2200yd BIKE 56mi RUN 13.1mi

SUPER SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON

START: 2 Wave start Times 7:45 and 8 am

DISTANCE: SWIM 500yd BIKE 9-mile, RUN 4mi

TRANSITION AREA: Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.
