Come BACK THE TRACK and support the Woodford County Track Club in our 2nd Annual race!
FRIDAY, AUGUST 14TH at 7:30PM at the WOODFORD COUNTY HS TRACK
This 5k race and 1 mile walk/run will start and finish on the new track at Woodford County High School. Proceeds will go to support the Woodford County Track Club which supports the track and field programs through the public schools throughout Woodford County.
RACE FEATURES:
- Commemorative super soft (unisex sized) race shirts (XS-3XL)
- Participants are invited to wear their best black and gold
- Everyone is invited to wear their best black and gold outfits to support Woodford County Track Club
- Free race photos
- Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F in 5-year age divisions
- Convenient race evening packet pickup at the high school
- Paved course through the school complex and Falling Springs Bypass
- 5K run/walk (timed), 1-mile fun run/walk (untimed) and virtual option s
- Stick Horse Race sponsored by Grey Ridge Farm Riding Academy (7:00 pm)-For ages 10 and under (read more below)

- 5K - $25 (January 21 - July 31), $30 (August 1 - 14)
- 1 Mile - $15 (January 21 - July 31), $20 (August 1-14)
- Virtual - $25 (January 21 - August 14)

STICK HORSE RACE
At 7:00 pm, children ages 10 and under are invited to join in a Stick Horse Race before the 5K race. Each child will get their very own stick horse to race and keep. We will also have a special parents' stick horse race as well.
You don't need to sign up for this in advance, but we are interested in whether you want to participate (so we can get a general head count). You'll actually sign up (and sign a waiver) on race night for the Stick Horse Race.
The cost to participate is $5. Payment for the Stick Horse Race will be made on the night of the race (cash or credit/debit card accepted).
