Join the Excitement at Our 23rd Annual Ashland Harvest Run/Walk!

Join us on October 17, 2026 , for the 10K starting at 8:00 AM and the 5K starting at 8:10 AM .

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and experience the thrill of running or walking through the charming streets and scenic trails of Ashland, Virginia, on a beautiful fall day!

Hosted by the GFWC Ashcake Woman’s Club , this year's event promises fun, community spirit, and a chance to make a difference. All proceeds will benefit   Moments of Hope Outreach , the Girls on the Run , and other local charities.

Run or Walk in the "Center of the Universe" !  Start and finish at the picturesque Ashland Carter Park. Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants as you take in the stunning fall scenery.

Certified Courses Both the 10K (VA21018RT) and 5K (VA21016RT) courses are US Track & Field Certified, ensuring a top-notch experience for all participants.

Team Up for More Fun! Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and form a team! Once three members have registered, team pricing kicks in at just $34.00 per person. The more, the merrier!

Professional Timing by Commonwealth Timing Both the 5K and 10K events will be chip-timed, ensuring accurate results for all participants.

Packet Pickup and Registration Packets can be picked up at TBD on October 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or at Carter Park on race day (October 17, 2026) from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM. Registrations will be accepted at both packet pick-up locations. All registration will be onsite during packet pickup or race day after October 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Participant Perks Participants will receive a finisher's medal, a race t-shirt (if registered by September 30, 2026), and automatic entry for prizes on race day.

Top Finishers 10K and 5K participants will receive money and medals.
