Join the Fleet Feet Carrboro & Durham team and Bloom Yoga Co for an Argyle Mile (or 3) Shakeout Run & Yoga Session on April 17th at 9 am. Come dressed in your best Carolina Argyle or any other Tar Heel gear to get excited about the Tar Heel 10 Miler and Fleet Feet 4 Miler on April 18th! We will have two route options for either a 1 or 3 mile loop from the Southern Village Green before the second day of the Race Expo takes place at 10am!
We'll do a group warmup to get our muscles ready to run/walk and will go through introductions to help you find a buddy to run/walk with to warm up your muscles to get ready for Race Day.
Stay after the shakeout for a quick 20-minute yoga reset designed for runners from Bloom Yoga Co.—think hips, hamstrings, calves, and breath to help you feel loose, grounded, and ready for race day. We'll start this at 9:40 am!
We will have water at the Fleet Feet tent before and after the run; however, there will not be water on the run, so please bring a bottle if you need one!
