From the organizer
BFit CrossFit is proud to sponsor the return of this St. Joseph tradition.
The Apple Blossom 5K run/walk will kick off the annual Apple Blossom Parade . In addition to a traditional 5K race, this year's event will include additional events for teams to test their functional fitness as well as endurance.
In the spirit of CrossFit, teams may enter to traverse the 3.1 mile course.

The Apple Blossom 5k+ is a fundraiser to benefit Sisters of Solace , a community of hospitality and healing for women survivors or trauma, human trafficking and addiction.
