Is It Just a 5K?

Not at all!

It’s a community event filled with support, faith, hope, and joy. Enjoy a pre‑race warm‑up, post‑race cool‑down, family games, sponsors, music, and this year’s added Trunk‑O‑Treat experience.

What Does the 5K Benefit?

The Alexander Trujillo Foundation Grant Fund provides financial support to young adults (ages 18–34) and their caregivers in Florida who are undergoing cancer treatments.

Who is Alexander Trujillo?

Alexander Trujillo was a kindhearted 21‑year‑old who courageously battled Acute Lymphocyte Leukemia at Sylvester Cancer Center in 2018. He aspired to become a history professor and dreamed of creating a foundation to support young adults facing cancer.

After Alex passed away, his family fulfilled his wish by establishing this foundation in his honor—continuing his passion for helping others through faith, support, and compassion.
